McClain Sanitation Systems “Ozone on Demand”

McClain Ozone pioneered the use of ozone as a sanitizer; introduced the first mobile ozone sanitation systems; developed the concept of “ozone-on-demand”; pioneered many applications of ozone gas; and continues to advance ozone technology and sanitation into new applications and industries.
Mobile Sanitation Systems
McClain Ozone’s Mobile Sanitation Systems set the standard for compact, portable, “ozone-on-demand” sanitation systems. Since they were pioneered by McClain, they have become the world’s most popular mobile ozone sanitation systems. They are currently being utilized in a broad array of sanitation applications (i.e. food, beverage, airlines, agriculture, packaging, etc.).
Because all customer facility and application needs are not the same (one size does not fit all), McClain sanitation systems incorporate our “Build It Your Way” philosophy. From its inception 20 years ago, McClain Ozone has incorporated this manufacturing concept into all of its sanitation system designs. This concept allows the client, with McClain’s assistance, to build an ozone system with the output, options, and safety requirements, which best suit their facility and applications.

In addition to our “Build It Your Way” philosophy, McClain also believes “Your ozone system should be capable of growing with your business and applications”. This manufacturing concept provides for retrofitting increased ozone output, capacity, current technology and newly available options onto older McClain sanitation systems making them upgradable.
